Originally an attached house, now a shop, this building dates to the late C18 with mid-C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: the principal elevation is colourwashed render with stone copings and a pantile roof with a rendered stack at the south end.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: the building is of two storeys and comprises a one-window range. The ground floor has a mid-C20 glazed shopfront and a recessed glazed door to the left (north) with a plain fascia. The first floor has a central sixteen-pane sash with a blind parapet above.
INTERIOR: nothing survives inside either of the original room layout or any architectural features of note.
The building forms a group with the adjacent No 33 (listed at Grade II).
