Attached house, now shops. Late C18 with early C20
alterations. Colourwashed limestone ashlar with ashlar
copings, pantiled mansard roof and north ashlar stack.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 3-window range. West facade with
pilasters, cornice and blind parapet. Ground floor has mid C20
fully-glazed shop front with central entrance and glazed
doorways set at angles on either side; plain fascia. First
floor has sash to left with upper frame of 6 panes, lower with
missing transverse glazing bar; central recessed blind window;
12-pane sash to right.
INTERIOR: nothing survives inside either of the original room
layout or any architectural features of note.
Forms a group with adjacent No.26, National Westminster Bank
(qv).
