Carriage archway. Early C19 with mid C19 alterations.
Colourwashed limestone ashlar with Blue Lias stone dressings
to arch, slate roof. 2-storeys with round-headed archway on
ground-floor and paired windows with segmental heads to
upper-floor. Arch has bases and imposts; sill band to first
floor; windows are plate-glass sashes. Sunken panel above
windows with illegible lettering painted over. Further archway
to rear elevation. Forms a group with Nos 20 and 22
(Conservative Club) (qqv).
