House. C17. Painted timber frame with painted brick and
painted rendered infill panels, on stone rubble plinth,
rendered extension painted in imitation of framing. Plain-tile
roof. Projecting rubble stone end stack with brick upper
stages. 2 framed-bay plan with C20 end extensions.
EXTERIOR: single-storey and attic. South-east front with
square framing 3 panels high with tension brace to right,
partly covered with projecting C20 windows. C20 dormers. C20
extension to left.
Right-hand gable end with square framing with gable-end truss
with tie beam, vertical struts and collar, partly covered to
left by stone stack with associated brick bread oven. 2-light
casement at each storey.
Rear: square framing 3 panels high with pair of straight
tension braces. 2 casements. C20 extensions to right.
INTERIOR: chamfered bridging beam with stepped and run-out
chamfer stops. Truss with collar, and tie beam interrupted by
posts. Single trenched-purlin roof.
