House, formerly pair of houses. C17. Timber frame with painted
brick and partly painted imitation timber frame. Tiled roof.
Brick gable eaves stack to rear. Plan of 3 framed-bays.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey. Street front (north) with square framing 3
panels high with truss posts, studs with middle rails,
straight braces, girding beam, and sill plate. 4 C19 or C20
casements at each floor. 2 plain doorways at gable ends.
Rear: square framing 3 panels high with truss posts, studs
with middle rails, pair of straight braces to each bay,
girding beam and sill plate. 2 casements in central bay at
first floor. 2-light casement at ground floor to left and
single casement in central bay at ground-floor level. Right
side covered by C20 single-storey brick extension.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
