Former barn and stable. C17 or early C18. Timber-frame with
brick infill on rubble plinth, some brick and weatherboarding;
hipped tile roof.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 3-bay range. Large entrance with C20
doors to right of centre. Right end of brick with stable door
and shuttered pitching hole over, small window to right. Left
end has C20 lean-to entrance with C20 garage doors and
segmental-headed entrance to left, small window above.
Ventilation holes.
Left return has pointed blind recess to brick wall; right
return has exposed timber-frame with tension braces.
Rear is weatherboarded, with exposed timber-frame with tension
brace to left end.
INTERIOR: noted as having timber-framed cross wall and
chamfered beam.
