Terraced house. c1850. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, 5-window range. Flat-arched entrance
with overlight framed by pilasters and entablature with
triglyph frieze. Full-height segmental bay of 2-window range
to left of entrance; storey band between ground and first
floors; first-floor windows with architraves and cornices;
cornice and blocking course. Returns to Seven Dials and
Goldsmid Road have a single-storey canted bay and some
architraves to windows. Sashes of pre-1850 design with plate
glass throughout.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Garden walls with balustrade to upper
part and square corniced piers.
