Terraced house. c1825. Probably designed by Amon Wilds and
Charles Augustine Busby, and forming part of a single but
varied row of houses, Nos 1-14 St George's Place (qv). Stucco,
roof obscured by parapet. 4 storeys, one-window range. Ground
floor has C20 shop front in C19 extension; upper floors
stuccoed; flat-arched tripartite windows with architraves to
all upper floors, those to second and third floors with sashes
of original design, sill band to second floor; cornice and
parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected.
