Terraced houses. c1845. Stucco, roof of tiles to Nos 8 and
10-12, Welsh slate to No.9. 2 storeys over basement,
one-window range. Flat-arched entrance with overlight framed
by pilasters and entablature; panelled doors of original
design to Nos 8-11; No.12 has entrance in right-hand return,
the pilasters encased in crude replacement fluting;
full-height segmental bay with flat-arched windows, the angle
mullions having stepped capitals, and all with sashes of
original design; storey band; cornice and blocking course;
stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings with spearhead
finials to steps and area.
