3 storeys over basement with dormer, one-window range.
Round-arched entrance with fanlight and panelled door of
original design. 3-storey segmental bay with tripartite
windows; parapet; dormer in roof; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
