Terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco to ground floor, tarred
cobbles with painted brick dressings above, except for No.33
which is now stuccoed entirely; roofs of slate so far as
visible.
3 storeys over basement with dormers, 2 windows each. Each
house-front consists of a full-height and full-width segmental
bay, except that No.33 has a late C19, flat-fronted shop front
to the ground floor. Ground floor otherwise decorated with
banded rustication. Steps up to round-arched entrance with
fanlights; Nos 31 and 34-35 have cornices to doorcase with
Greek key decoration, and Nos 34-35 have panelled doors of
original design. All windows flat-arched, those to first and
second floors having painted brick dressings; painted brick
quoins to sides; bracketed balconies to first floors with
cast-iron railings; parapet; dormers in mansard roof; stacks
to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 31-32 and 34-35 have cast-iron railings to steps and area,
with spearhead finials.
