Terraced house. c1825. Probably designed by Amon Wilds and
Charles Augustine Busby. Stucco, roof turnerised. 3 storeys
over basement with dormer, one-window range. Round-arched
entrance with moulded architrave and fanlight; reeded
pilasters and modillion cornice to doorcase; segmental bay to
ground, first and second floors, the glazing altered
throughout; bracketed balcony with railings of much later
date; parapet; dormer in mansard roof; stack to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
