(probably on brick), slate roof with brick chimney.
Single-depth one-unit plan, plus addition to rear.
EXTERIOR: single storey with 2 closely-spaced windows; small
glazed lean-to porch to the right, and 2 C20 bow windows.
Chimney at right-hand gable adjoining No.24.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with No.24 adjoining to the right (qv) and No.28
adjoining to the left (qv).
