House. Probably C18; altered and extended. White painted
render probably on brick; steeply-pitched slate roof.
Single-depth 3-bay plan (plus one-bay extension to left).
EXTERIOR: single storey; 5-window range. The original 3-bay
portion has a small gabled porch off-set right, 2 windows to
the left and one to the right, all windows are C20 slightly
bowed 2-light casements with glazing bars. Ridge chimney
off-set left. 2-window extension to left has one similar
window and one altered window, and a roof of shallower pitch.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Recognisable example of a type of dwelling formerly
characteristic of this locality. Forms group with First
Cottage (qv) and with Nos 1, 3 & 4 Cotty's Brow (qv).
