(probably on brick), graduated old slate roof. Small
single-depth 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 3-window range. Low gabled porch to
the left with side door, an enlarged fixed window next to this
and 2 small 3-light casements further to the right. Coped
gable to left, with small gable chimney.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 1-4 (qv), Nos 6 & 6A (qv) and No.7 (qv),
collectively forming a small square.
