Villa, now 2 dwellings. Early C19. Brick sides, stucco fronted, hipped slate
roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Central recessed entrance has
panelled door with flanking windows and fanlight. Pedimented porch has 2 fluted
columns in antis. Lined stuccoed ground floor has sashes with margin lights. 3
similar windows to first floor have stone cased surrounds. Moulded string
course. Wide eaves soffit. First floor has rusticated quoins. Brick extension to
right has entrance to Mereth.
