House. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with flared headers; stuccoed right side
wall; gabled old tile roof; brick end stacks, One-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Chamfered posts to flat hood over 6-panelled (2 glazed) door, which has
cornice continued over canted bay window to right. First-floor leaded light and
timber lintel over horizontal sliding sash to right. Dentilled eaves. Interior
not inspected. Included for group value.
