Cottage. Mid-to late C17. Timber framed with painted brick nogging
on rendered plinth. Thatched roof. Framing: small square panels
(3 from sole plate to wall plate) with corner braces and long straight
tension braces. 2 framed bays at right angles to road. One storey
and gable-lit attic or 2 storeys. South-west front: 2 tiers of late
C19 two-light wooden or wooden-framed metal casements, 3 above and 4
below. Boarded door between first and second windows from right.
Collar and tie-beam truss in left-hand gable end with queen struts and
V-struts. Late C19 one storey brick outbuilding adjoining to south-
east. Interior not inspected.
