II
Farmhouse. 1680-1700 altered early-mid C19. Brick with tiled
roof. Two storeys and cellar, double pile, the front, south,
elevation remodelled in the early C19. Three bays, with central
six-panelled door and fanlight, within decorative iron open porch
with a swept lead roof. Twelve-paned sashes with concealed boxes
and gauged brick lintels. Roof hipped. Parallel rear block C18,
with rear wing on left with stone mullioned and transomed window.
Interior has late C17 twisted baluster stair with panelled newels.
Three roof trusses with plated yokes carrying diagonal ridge piece.
Left truss has extended collar bearing on rear stack.
