Villa, 2nd quarter of Cl9. 2 storeys, 3 windows yellow stock brick.
Low pitched hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. Angle pilasters with
Composite capitals, Moulded architraves, shouldered on ground floor,
to sash windows with glazing bars. Console bracketed cornices and
bracketed cills with panelled aprons. Prostyle composite porch has
entablature with modillion cornice, and blocking course. 4-panel door
(the 2 upper panels glazed) and rectangular fanlight.
