Pair of terraced houses, c.1720-22. Brown brick tiled roof.
Mirrored plan, three storeys and basement. Each front is two
windows wide. Doorways to left and right respectively, wooden
architrave cases with cornice hoods on carved console
brackets. Flush framed glazing bar sashes under gauged red
brick arches, rounded to ground floor and flat above, and with
red brick dressed jambs, stone sills. Parapet with coping.
Wrought-iron scrolled lampstandard. No. 18 retains original
lead rainwater head and downpipe.
Interiors. Closet wings to rear. Most of the rooms retain
their original panelling and box cornices. Passage halls with
pilastered archways. Dog leg closed string staircases with
turned balusters and much decoration.

retains original lead rainwater head and down pipe. Interiors, with closet
wings, retain much of their original panelling, box cornices etc,
passage-halls with pilastered archways to dog leg closed string staircases,
turned balusters, etc.
