Terrace house. c1722 with early C19 refronting. Stock brick, tiled roof. 3 storeys,
basement and dormered mansard. 2 windows wide. Ground floor has semicircular arched
doorway to left up flight of steps, door of 6 fielded panels and fanlights. Recessed
glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Wrought iron area
railings with flambe torch finials. Part of an exceptionally well preserved early C18
enclave of housing together with Cowley and Lord North Street qv.
