1800. Stone, 3 storeys, 5 bays, with rusticated ground
floor. Stringcourse, eaves cornice, and blocking course.
Windows with recessed reveals, semi-circular heads to ground
floor; glazing bars except ground floor. Side elevation to
Fenwick Street with similar details, now 2 windows to 1st
floor either side of blocked window. Further 3 bays set
back with fenestration as to Brunswick Street.
