Office building. 1893. Perhaps by Grayson. White stone. 4
storeys and attics, 5 bays,. Modern ground floor. 1st and
2nd floors have 3 windows in centre with pilasters and
carved panels, flanked by shallow 2-storeyed oriels. Richly
carved frieze above, and enriched cornice. 3:5:3 round-
arched windows on top floor, the outer side ones with iron
balustraded balconies. Top carved parapet with interlaced
panels. 3 gables at top, with columns, pilasters, tiers of
arcading and figures of tritons as supporters. Lancaster
arms in centre gable, pineapple finials to outer gables.
