Office building. 1890's. Stone with granite base,
rusticated in lower parts. 5 storeys, 5 bays. Ground floor
has 2 doorways with bull's eyes above, and 3 paired cross
windows on 1st and 2nd floors divided by pilasters with
carved capitals (2nd floor windows are ogee-headed and
cusped). Panels carved in relief above 2nd floor. 3rd
floor has 9 round-headed lights with moulded arches and
modillioned cornice above. String course, and 3 round-arched
windows on top floor, with balustraded balcony. Top
dentilled cornice and ramped parapet. Flat roofed dormers.
Tall moulded stacks to gables.
