Early C19. 2 storeys and attic, part 2 storeys. Colour-washed brick, board
frieze at eaves. Slate mansard roof with 2 dormers, 2 light casements. The
right hand part is rounded to North Street and has 3 windows on 1st floor, two
4-pane and one 2-pane sashes, and 2 windows on ground floor, one 4-pane and
one 2-pane sashes. Modern door on ground floor to right. The left hand of
main part is a separate build, part of the older left hand wing which received
a mansard roof in the early C19, it has a 3-light glazing bar casement above
a late C19 brick porch with 1/2 glazed door. The left wing has off-set eaves
to slate roof and 2 windows on 1st floor (2 and 3-light casements); on ground
floor a 5-pane sash and a 4-pane sash. It has a mid-C19 shop front with beaded
pilasters and brackets to slate pent hood. Former stable to left.
