Early C19; 2 storeys; colour-washed gault brick, wide flat eaves, hipped slate
roof. 3 upper windows, 2 glazing bar sashes and a central panel. 2 pairs of
French casements on ground floor, each with a rectangular fanlight over. Verandah
on 3 sides. 2 storey extension to Carpet Factory River Block: 2 windows on
1st floor, glazing bar sashes, 2 doors on ground floor; left hand part gault
brick, right hand part patterned brick and flint.
