Circa 1835. By Joseph Kay, architect, for himself. Detached villa in a romantic Italianate style. Stucco, painted. 2 storeys, except at south-west corner where partly attached octagon rises above slate roof to form a belvedere with slim angle pilasters, the ground floor of this bay has a trellis verandah and canopy over lst floor windows. Left-hand return 2 bays wide with canopy over ground floor window. Right hand return one bay wide. Bands and pilasters to elevations. All original casements with glazing bars. Chimneys grouped round square tower.
