Circa 1835 by Joseph Kay. Detached villa. Red brick. Low-pitched slate roof.
One storey and attic. On square plan with wide gable to each front. The south
is stuccoed and has Ionic portico and pediment with paired end pilasters, set back
behind portico are 2 large sashes with vertical glazing bars only and central panelled
door, in pediment is modern casement within moulded architrave. Massive central
chimney stack, stuccoed, with panelled sides and cornice. An interesting design.
