Formerly lodge to Brimscombe Court (q.v.), now detached house.
c1800. Ashlar limestone; artificial stone rebuilt chimney;
stone slate roof. Single-storey with cellar. East front:
central doorway with 6-panel door and rectangular light over;
flanking 12-pane sashes in plain openings. Moulded cornice with
blocking course; hipped roof. South side: off-centre
rectangular bay window with cornice and blocking course, two 12-
pane sashes with dividing mullion. Parapet swept up at centre
with rebuilt chimney. Rear: 3 plain openings with C20 casements;
similar to cellar. Interior not inspected.
