Large detached house. Rendered brick. Slate roof with rendered
stacks. Two storeys. Basically rectangular plan with wing set at
an angle on the north. Garden front; main body 3-bays with 2-
storey, 3-windowed bow window at centre lit by 12-pane sashes.
Moulded hoods on console brackets over ground floor windows.
Central first-floor window blind. Band between floors. Flat-
chamfered quoins up to height of band. Two north wing set at an
angle to left with 3-light canted bay to ground floor with sash
windows with horizontal glazing bars. Part-glazed French doors
above opening onto roof of bay which is bounded by a low parapet
with swag decoration. Narrow sash windows either side of French
doors. Access via C19 six-panel door with fanlight over within an
open-sided porch with Doric columns. Hipped roof to main body.
