Semi-detached house (formerly two houses, now one). C18. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone. Slate roof with artificial stone
and ashlar stack. Rectangular plan with extensions at rear. Two
storeys and attic lit by three 2-light raking dormers. Three early
2-light casements with leaded panes to first floor all with early
fastenings. Three similar windows to ground floor (2 replaced
C20). C19 plank door far left, similar door off-centre right with
6-pane light inserted at top and C20 flat projecting canopy on
wrought-iron brackets. All windows and doorways with dressed stone
lintels with keystones, Early lead downpipe with segmental-headed
rainwater head. Mansard roof with ashlar stack at right gable end
and axial stack. Interior not inspected.
