Cottage, formerly 2. Left part, originally a separate dwelling, is C17, refaced
or partly rebuilt early C19; right part is early/mid C19. Mid/late C20
alterations. Left range has return side of tImber-framing with whitewashed brick
infill; front and right part of whitewashed brick. Plain-tile roofs; brick end
stacks. 2-unit plan. One storey and attic and 2 storeys; 2-window range. Right
range has brick dentil cornice. C20 door on left. Mainly C20 two-light casements
throughout. C17 range has eyebrow half-dormer; 2-light casement with horizontal
glazing bar. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
