Two cottages; part of a row, C18 with late C20 alterations; Ivy House has C19 addition. Colourwashed brick with brick dentil cornices. C20 plain-tile roof has gable parapets; two C19 brick ridge stacks. L-plan, with C19 rear wing.

Two storeys; four-window range. Main range is at right angles to the road. Laurel Cottage to the left has late C20 door. Late C20 jaw window to left. First floor has old two- and three-light wood and iron casements with glazing bars. Late C20 addition to left is not of special architectural interest. Ivy House has late C20 windows throughout, with three-light casement and top-hung windows above. Six-panelled door in gable end to road. Gable is rendered, fly two-window range to right. Entrance to passage on right. Ground floor openings have brick segmental arches. Interiors not inspected.
