Farmhouse, coach-house, stables and garden wall. Dated 1776. Coursed
sandstone, stone slate roof. House, coach-house and carriage-horse
stable under 1 roof with quoins, shaped kneelers and copings overall.
2 storeys, with rear outshut to house. House: 3 bays, ashlar surrounds
to openings. Central 4-panel door. Sash windows with glazing bars.
End stacks. To left, coach-house and carriage-horse stable. Ground
floor: coach opening with voussoirs to segmental arch, double board
doors, circular window in ashlar surround, stable doorway with board
door in ashlar surround. First floor: circular window in ashlar
surround with diagonal glazing bars. Further to left: single-storey
stables of 2 builds, 2 board doors, board door in ashlar surround, and
3-pane semi-circular window with ashlar surround. Wall to small garden
in front of house has bee-bole to left, and flag coping.
