House. Late C18 - early C19. Coursed dressed sandstone with herringbone
tooling, C20 concrete interlocking tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor
windows. Quoins to right. Openings have projecting ashlar surrounds. To
left, C20 part-glazed door. C20 casement windows in tall openings. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar copings. Brick end stacks. Included for group value.
