C17 or early C18 farmhouse, largely rebuilt in 1816 when barn may have been added. A
single range of 2 storeys. Hammer dressed stone with stone slate roof. Farmhouse is
of 2 bays with central doorway. Sash windows with unmoulded reveals. Modern stone
porch encloses a 5-panel door. Over this is a panel with a small arch enclosing the
inscription "PJE 1816". At rear of farmhouse are 2 double chamfered mullions windows
of 3-lights with hoodmoulds.
Barn has former cart entry with fluted keystone but may otherwise be recently
altered. Two-light windows with unmoulded mullions and reveals.
