Farmhouse of C17 or early C18 with outshut of 1779. Rendered rubble with recent stone
slate roof. Farmhouse and barn in one range of 2 storeys. Farmhouse facade is of 2
bays with double chamfered mullion windows to each storey. Those to ground floor are
of 4 and 5. lights and have hoodmoulds, those to first floor are of 4 and 3 lights.
Central doorway with triangular head and chamfered surround. Two chimneys. Former
bath to left hand side has been altered to a house. Right hand gable end has one
double chamfered mullion window of 2-lights to ground floor, and 2 similar to first
floor with new or renewed stonework.
At rear a large outshut to farmhouse with plain doorway surmounted by a plaque with
"EE 1779", now painted.
