House. Mid-late C18, with C19 alteration. Herringbone-tooled sandstone on
chamfered plinth; outshut raised in scutched sandstone; pantile roof.
Central-entrance plan, one room deep, with outshut, raised later.
2-storey, 3-window front. C20 replacement door in gabled single-storey
porch, flanked by shuttered windows. First floor windows are squat 6-pane
sashes, the centre one blind. All windows have vertically-tooled sills and
herringbone-tooled wedge lintels. Plain first floor band and projecting
eaves band. Coped gables and plain kneelers. End stacks. Property
unoccupied at time of resurvey.
