House and outbuilding. Early-mid C18 with later alteration and extension.
Roughly dressed sandstone, with concrete pantile roof to house and
corrugated asbestos to outbuilding. 2-storey, 3-window front with 1-storey
outbuilding at right. C20 centre-right door to house with 2-light, small-
pane ground floor casements, one to right and two to left. First floor
right end window is C20 casement; those at left are 2-light, 12-pane
horizontal sliding sashes. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks.
Outbuilding has blocked central doorway, inserted 4-panel, left-of-centre
door, and right end stable door. Coped gable and plain kneeler at right
end. Interior: plain stone fire surround in left end room. 1/4-round-
moulded beams exposed in rooms to left of door. Outbuilding included for
group value.
