Corner property with oblique angle, No 31 fronting on to Market Place, No
31A fronting on to Vicar Lane. 3 storeys, one first-floor window to each
facade. Rusticated quoins to oblique angle. No 31 has late C20 shop front
with half-glazed door to left. No 31A has C20 shop front with central door.
16-pane sashes to first floor. Unequally hung 9-pane sashes to second
floor. Gutter held by paired brackets. Hipped roof. No internal features
of note. Included for group value.
