Cowhouse, stables and granary. Probably C17 and C18. Cowhouse has sand-
stone rubble plinth, timber-frame with wattle and plaster infill and corru-
gated iron cladding to south-west elevation and roof. Stables and granary
are brick with tile and Welsh slate roof. Rectangular plan aligned north-
west/south-east with four-bay cowhouse to north-west and attached stables to
south-east. Two levels. South-west elevation of cowhouse is almost completely
obscured by corrugated iron. Stables and granary to right have two oak
mullioned openings to right of ledged granary door to which tallet stairs
rise from the left. Ground floor has a pair of segmentally headed openings
flanking wagon entry with similar head. Interior of cowhouse has raking-
strut trusses. Granary has pegged king-posts with pairs of raking struts
from king-posts and ties to principals. (RCHM, Vol II, p 47).
