Cottage. Probably late C17 to early C18, with later alterations. Timber-
framed with plaster infill. Sandstone slate roof with sandstone rubble
and brick end stack. Rectangular three-bay plan aligned east/west. One
storey and attic. South elevation has two gabled late C20 dormers with
2-light casements. Ground floor has four similar casements, two to either
side of late C20 glazed gabled porch within which is a glazed door. Interior
noted as having heavy ceiling beams.
