House. Probably late C17 or early C18 with later alterations. Sandstone
rubble plinth and timber-frame, partly with brick infill and partly weather-
boarded. Tiled roof and extruded sandstone rubble end stacks with brick
shafts. Rectangular two-bay plan aligned north-east/south-west. One storey
and attic. South-east elevation has two windows, raking-top dormers with
2-light early C20 casements. Ground floor has four mid-C20 casements, two
to either side of entry. Timber-framed early C20 porch to right of centre has
ledged mid-C20 door. Attached to right-hand side is framed lean-to with two
mid-C20 casements. Frame is three square panels high from cill to wall-plate.
North gable is weatherboarded. Attached to south end is late C20 sandstone
rubble extension. Interior noted as having heavy chamfered ceiling beams.
