Town house. Late C18. Granite rubble with granite dressings
including shallow segmental arches over ground-floor windows;
steep concrete tile roof; brick end stacks. Shallow-depth
plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 six-pane
horned sashes; central doorway with C20 door. INTERIOR not
inspected but said to be altered in C20. One of a good row of
houses stepped down the hill in New Street.
