Town house. Late C18, remodelled early C19. Granite rubble
with segmental brick arches over flat granite arches; steep
dry slate roof with brick end stacks. Shallow double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Early C19
hornless sashes with glazing bars to 1st floor over late C19
six-pane horned sashes; central early C19 reeded doorway with
roundels to corner blocks and moulded cornice; panelled
reveals and 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected but has
panelled window shutters similar to front doorway reveals. One
of a good row of C18 houses stepped down the hill in New
Street.
