Town house. Late C18. Granite rubble walls with granite
dressings and flat arches to ground floor. Steep asbestos
slate roof with brick end stack on left, rendered stack on
right; cast-iron ogee gutter. Shallow double-depth plan. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 six-pane horned
sashes; central doorway with fluted pedimented doorcase with
consoles, panelled reveals and 6-panel door. INTERIOR not
inspected except to note that panelled window shutters survive
to ground floor. One of a good row of C18 houses stepped down
the hill in New Street.
