House, now flats. Early C19, altered C20. Sandstone ashlar and
a slate roof. 3 storeys above a basement and 2 bays. The
windows have plain reveals with projecting sills, and C20
glazing bar top-hung casements. The doorway, in the right-hand
bay, has a simple cornice and a 6-panel door plus overlight.
It is approached from the left up a flight of 4 steps with
nosings with cast-iron railings at the top; these have stick
balusters, ball finials on the standards, and central panels
on the front and side with a pattern of intersecting arcs. No
chimneys.
