Pair of houses, now flats. Early C19, altered C20. Sandstone
ashlar, and a slate roof with gable stacks. 3 storeys above a
basement, and 4 bays under an eaves cornice. The windows have
plain reveals and sills which form a band on the second floor.
Their sash windows are recent but have glazing bars. The
doorways, up 3 plain steps, are linked as a central feature
under a simple cornice supported on 2 panelled consoles. On
the far left is the doorway of the passage leading to the back
yard. Chimneys to left and right.
