Former house, now office. c1800, altered C19 and C20.
Sandstone ashlar in narrow courses, and slate roofs.
Double-depth plan with a central doorway, gable chimney
stacks, and a rear extension to the right. 3 storeys above
cellars, and 3 bays. All the openings have plain reveals, with
deep stones scored horizontally to match the coursing of the
rest of the stonework. The recessed doorway has a simple
cornice on plain consoles. The door has a rectangular
overlight and is a late C20 replacement of 9 raised and
fielded panels. The windows on the ground floor are glazed
with a single pane, those on the first floor have 4-pane
sashes, while those on the second floor have 9-pane sashes.
